Where the mind goes, the body flows, or in other words; what we think we become. Let’s say you are out riding a wet rooty off camber section, you spot a nice polished root down trail. Suddenly all your mind sees is you washing out, next minute you lose your line, your position on the bike goes, you grab a hand full of break and… you’ve washed out.

Your thought process, beliefs, focus, stories and fears will hugely shape your riding experience and physical performance. Without the right mindset and focus, the challenges on the trail will always be more difficult. Whether it’s learning to tackle drops for the first time, sending a big feature on a race run or getting back on the bike after a crash.
