BACK ON THE BIKE

These classes incorporate revolutionary stretching and strengthening techniques for the spine and joints of the body. These exercises create space between every level of your spine, your hips and shoulders, to alleviate pain caused by injury.

If you have an old MTB injury that you can't shake, a reoccurring weakness aggravated by riding or have recently had a crash we will help to get you back on your bike quickly, safely and free from pain.

Learn key movement patterns to increase balance, strength and stamina when out on the trail, in our alignment focused circuit class. These classes are designed to prevent injury when out on the trail, improve your riding efficiency and enhance post ride recovery.
